Abigor's Necrotic Arm

After his Arm was lost he heard the voice of his Deity Asmodeus and with his help and a few lucky rolls and almost not making it happen, Abigor now has this arm he can summon and dismiss at will, but it also has some good buffs and de-buffs to go with it.
